“I touch you. As we are one, as we expand. As you merge. Merge only in the knowledge that you become aware of that merging. For that merging is constant. There is no real merging. It is only your perception. And your willingness to open, to receive that which is there, that which is eternally there, that which is in your heart. That essence, that spark of beingness, of connectedness, which exists from time immemorial. I am your heart. I am your consciousness. I Am. There is no other. There is no separation. There is just I Am. And that I Am expresses itself continually in the motion of your being, of your awareness and perceptions that you are able to comprehend, and the love that is your true nature. For those perceptions are driven by, predicated by, the love that you are. This is the eternal truth. This motion of perception that is the manifestation of love, continually blossoms forth into your world, into the perceptions of your senses, of your interactions with all others, who you seemingly come in contact with. But notice. Notice how the interactions with others, with the love that you can express to others, manifests itself in the consciousness of the One.
How do you perceive? How does anyone perceive? What is this interaction? This interaction is nothing more than your focused awareness into what you would call the outside world. And with that focused awareness, you interact, you touch, you communicate, you understand the others – the seemingly others that are there. And that is only possible because you share the Consciousness of the One, I Am, continually manifesting itself, becoming aware of itself more and more each day.
One talks about forgiveness of the other, of the perceived other that is there. Forgiveness is merely a tool to help you recognize what is taking place in front of you. That sharing the interaction in front of you, brings you into the contact of the true nature of who and what you are. By recognizing that you transcend the apparent illusion before you, and go to the heart of the other, the perceived other – this is the essence of life. This is the essence of the expression of love that your consciousness exists within, manifests as a source of oneness, to all beings, to all entities, to all creation around you. In love, you understand the meaning of that which is called life. For that love is the essence of the connection. The connection to the I Am, to the oneness that we are.
In the sacred now, as you focus on your heart, as you expand, and as you encompass more of what you perceive and are aware, you grow, you grow in recognition. For it is really only recognition that is the true direction, the trajectory of your life. And this is as it should be. As you have been created in the image of the I Am, and this is not a static or fixed creation. It is the most dynamic essence of reality that is. You, in this expansion then are the true expression of the I Am. So as you look, seemingly beyond yourself, it is more of the expansion of your awareness and the true opening of the heart. For growth really only is an expression of the expansion of the heart and the loving essence that you are. All other things are shadows of that reality. And many, many get lost in those shadows and take that to be the reality that is presented. Yet that is not really the case. Look always to the expansion of the heart, look always to forgiveness. For forgiveness helps to purify all the shadows that are the secondary manifestations of one’s growth, one’s awareness and the loving presence of the heart.
And that is your responsibility. As you are in this particular dimensional density, you call earth, that there are few requirements, I will call them. And this forgiveness this blessings that you can generate through your consciousness, through the loving expression of your heart, go into purifying all those shadows that have manifested through the growth process that you call your life. And by so doing, they are healed. And in healing then new growth can take its place. Those areas of your life which have been, you would say problematic or sources of pain, or areas which are interactions that provide a stressful environment for you, limit the potential expansion of your awareness. For how can something new grow in soil that has been polluted, has been created and manifest in such a way to foster separateness, and the experience of separateness in this dimensional density?
So look upon it as you are now healing, fertilizing, the outer manifestation of the love, and consciousness that you are. So with forgiveness, with acceptance, with compassion, all those expressions which are the prime attributes of the loving heart – then you create the fertile groundwork for new growth to happen, which will be strong, which will perceive the world more accurately each moment, and create the loving center environment for your heart to expand in its knowledge and its awareness, and its opportunities to create that which is the truest expression of the One.
You call it alignment. And that is why alignment is the harmony of the existence, of your connection to the earth and your body and this external environment, joined with the essence of the spirit energy – that is the prime mover of the opportunities of your particular individual creation consciousness. See that vertical connection. Feel that vertical alignment, attunement, through your being. From spirit above, through you being, down into mother earth, into Gaia, as the proper alignment of your being. Now this is a symbolic expression, but it brings into consciousness, this awareness of the loving heart and the connection and your true part of creation. Then as you do, you transmute that, you would say horizontally, out into your world, into the creation matrix, that brings about the appearance of this outer world expression, with which you reside. That is the blessing. You connect from spirit, to earth, and then horizontally, radiating outward to all worlds, to all universes, to all beings, to all creatures. And you have performed the greatest blessing possible.
Do not underestimate this power. This is the power of source manifesting through you into creation each moment, in the Now, that continues to evolve as the true blessing of I Am, and all that is.
Remember that you’re always blessed. Remember this connection. Remember, remember, your heart love center. And all else follows. Nothing else exists. All things are there for you to forgive, and to nourish the environment with which you perceive on this particular incarnational density that you find is your home at this time.
Be at peace. Be at oneness. And be in the continual joy that is your true nature. Feel that joy in your body and radiates out at all times. Do not get caught in the shadows. The joy of your existence, of the recognition of the love that you are, illuminates the shadows with the light of the One. And I am the One”.
