When you center as your awareness, within your body, you recognize – it’s purely recognition – there is nothing to do. Pure recognition. And as you experience recognition, it focuses the Now in a convergence with your consciousness.
When in a state of recognition of your conscious awareness, look around as this happens, metaphorically speaking. For as you focus your self-awareness, you are freeing up your conscious presence. Then the essence, the beauty, the love expression of Source that is called the Now, opens before you. The paradoxes – you witness yourself, and you witness all that is. And all that IS, is the Now. In your terminology, it is like a thought. A thought arises from the infinite potential of existence, is creation, is the essence of Source. Infinite in its ability to manifest. Yet a thought arises in your mind, seemingly from nowhere, for an instant of recognition. And then vanishes to be replaced by another thought and another thought, and another thought. They string together in a representation of what you take to be time.
With the mind, your body mind, you’re able to direct and focus your attention, generate thought, a succession of thoughts, and be a receptor for thoughts. But when you take them and turn them inward, and hand it over to the pure awareness (conscious presence) that you are, without asking anything, without expecting anything, then in that moment, that infinite moment, you witness the Now. You witness the radiance that IS. Opening your conscious presence, the awareness of your true being to the expressions around you, as exemplified by what you call the Now, is freedom, is transcendence. It is the opening for the purity of the heart to shine forth.
And when you let the heart shine forth as awareness, the Now joins with it, manifesting in harmony with the heart. It is the essence, the center of your being in this dimension.
It is great stillness, it is great compassion. It is infinite perception. It is touching creation taking place continually from the un-manifested infinite potential that is. To be recognized and understood by the conscious presence of your being. To then be let go in the unending circle of creation, and the infinite that is. You become your own blessing, as you recognize the beauty, the grace, and the infinite nature that you are.
