The energy that flows through you, from Source, activates the body. There it joins, in harmony, with the Chi energy that emanates from the earth… It is like the male and female coming together to form a being…
In your meditation, feel the receptiveness of the earth as you breathe in. That receptiveness is expressing the desire to receive Source energy – the vibrational frequency of life. Energy in the form of Chi or Prana, is the seed which the earth continually brings forth. As you feel that earth force within your body, recognize it being washed over with creation energy, the activation from Source Consciousness. This brings about a rebirth. It is the joining together in a constant cosmic dance of creation.
A never-ending cycle. But it is a cycle nonetheless – one of expanded and contracted variations. It is great wisdom to recognize that interplay that movement from the dark to the light, from the light to the dark – the world around you with spirit within you. In this way you flow with the harmony of creation. Not holding onto one or the other too strongly – which can result in an out of balance state of being. The earth energy may become too strong and decreases the effectiveness of Source energy activating this dimension. And likewise, to attempt to activate Source (Spirit) energy too much at the expense of the earth energy. It is a balance. It is a constant motion. It is the expression of the Now moving in a way that harmonizes these two aspects…
Even within each there is an expression of two forces. The earth is receptive, yet providing energy in the form of Chi. Spirit, as activating energy, makes creation happen. And at the same time, it receives with an infinite capacity of blessings and of love. A love that embraces the totality of all existence. So there are multiple aspects of dualities coming together expressing themselves…
Consider these things. Consider this movement. Consider your place within this movement. And look for ways to attune yourself to these energies, to this dance happening continually in the creation around you. And also within your own being – the consciousness that is yours.
