A short introduction:
The past several months of the communications I have received have been focused on the pineal and the heart. Within those transmissions, there have been instructions as to how to integrate, align those energy centers. Such an alignment, meditation, has been deemed important to present at this time, this special time in our dimensional density. I have been working with that process as part of my own meditation, to explore it, and to discover how it works. At this stage, it seems to be a very dynamic and rapidly evolving meditation.
I have also discovered or already knew, that although seeming fairly simple in its presentation, it did require a certain degree of inner awareness and mapping. Specifically, being able to focus one’s consciousness in various locations throughout the body and beyond. For example, being able to locate and feel one’s consciousness centered within the heart area. Likewise, the pineal gland area also. These are not particularly difficult to put into practice. But I have to remind myself that I have been doing this for a number of years, so it is a bit more second nature to me at this point time.
What I thought would be helpful would be to present several visualization / meditations that I have received over the years as a way to establish those internal links. They are specifically about strengthening one’s ability to move the focus of one’s conscious awareness around the body and into specific locations. They also work on the ability to connect and expand our awareness beyond our bodies, and into the earth for example.
So it is my intention to present some brief instructions, outline of techniques, visualizations that I have found helpful over the years, as part of my own journey. Consider, explore, and see if you resonate to one or more of these. I think they will be beneficial in approaching what will be presented as the heart pineal meditation.
Earth breathing.
Establishing a connection to the earth, to Gaia, has been a fundamental approach, experience of my meditative practices. This almost always happens at the beginning of the meditation or a channeling session. It is the recognition of our connection, our creation, from the material essence that is earth, in this dimensional density we call home. I pay homage to that connection. It grounds and centers.
Typically the process goes something like this: sit quietly, upright for a few moments, eyes closed, and taking several gentle full breaths. See and feel your conscious awareness relax and go downwards into your body. Slow, unhurried breaths, in and out. When you are ready, feel yourself, your consciousness, sinking down into the earth. With each breath go deeper and deeper into the earth. From that relax, focus state, start to breathe in and follow it to the belly area. Hold for several seconds. Then exhale down, down into the earth. Follow that breath energy deeply into the earth. Sink into the embrace of mother earth. From that embrace, now breathe in, up, into your body, up from the earth. Feel your whole body fill with the breath and the energy of the earth. Then slowly exhale back into the earth to start the process again.
Another variation is to see / feel the breath exhale going down into the earth, and then like roots of a tree, delving out, deeper and deeper into Gaia. Once the exhale is complete, breathe in, and pull the earth energy in through those roots, and up into the body, into the lungs.
This has been termed earth breathing. A.S. 9/19/20
