Duality. It is one of the key ingredients woven into the fabric of the dimension we inhabit. It would be impossible to function without it. Male and female, water and land, day and night, left and right. Beings are a duality of a physical component, and a conscious, spiritual essence. Both are a unique aspect of Source Consciousness. Metaphorically speaking, all beings of consciousness within creation, represent individual observation points. Each offer a unique perspective on the universe. Each is given the opportunity to create. And to experience those creations within a recognizable, interactive dimension. Yet one filled with paradoxes and duality, requiring analysis and decisions to be made.
Everything imaginable exists within Source Consciousness. It contains the infinite, and is the infinite. All space, all time, all thought. The infinite is just that. Consciousness defines itself as being-ness. It is the essence of creation. The I AM that I AM statement. Then it supplies itself with the means of formulating creation. Source bringing life to the “physical” and “nonphysical” cosmos. To do this, the concept of infinite potential was brought into being. It can be thought of as an infinite medium of resources which we walk through. And as we do, we are able to pick and choose experiences, connections, perspectives that we may manifest into the dimension / reality we inhabit. This is where we are given the opportunity to create and experience life as we know it. And all the life that we don’t know, waiting to happen. We can refer to this infinite potential as the Now. It is the fundamental source of Nature, the nuts and bolts of creation.
Each individual is given the opportunity to create. To interact with the infinite Now potential of all that is. From our perspective, we experience the happenings of our lives in the present moment. And having free will, are able to recognize, perceive, and give meaning to those creations, emanating from the Now. We exist as our own mirror. Reflecting back our creation, our interactions. This may be a prime aspect of why we are here. To perceive, to consider, and give meaning. Experiencing and at the same time knowing we are experiencing. Another fundamental duality of existence.
Think about a dream world experience. It exists, takes place within the confines of our mind. Dreams are said to express experiences in which we are both the participant and the imagery. Is it possible to separate our dream presence being, from the perceived dream imagery / event? From one vantage point of perception, it still represents a duality. Yet from the broader perspective of dream analysis, the duality vanishes. The doer and the doing are recognized to be one in the same in the dreamscape.
If we start from the premise that the All is “merely” Consciousness, without solidity in its broadest meaning, then from some point of perception, awareness, apparent duality dissolves. All the disparate parts merge into the Unity of One. The observation points that we create and witness are ultimately “given back” to the totality of existence, as they reflect back to each individual.
