Opening the heart, the frequency of joy compassion and love.
This is a complete transmission I recently received. Although long, I felt it is an important message to share. Although directed toward me, with references to my struggles , I think they are universal in nature. How do we continue to expand and open the heart? It could have been divided into two parts, with the first half an introduction. But it was important to keep the message as a whole unit. Not only as instruction, but as the overall blessing that it is.

May peace be upon you. May the ever present love of the divine wash over you, in unison with all beings, of all creation, as the oneness that it is. As the everlasting presence that is its nature, is your nature. It is the essence of all that is. And the blessing of all that is, continually. We welcome you to this space in gratitude for reaching out to us for teaching, for guidance, and for learning more about expressions of the heart, of love, of the true nature that transcends all dimensional experiences, all forms, all structures. Everything is transcended through the love of the heart and the expression of your individual conscious essence, as it perceives whatever world around you that you may find yourself within.
Ability. Each being of creation has the innate ability to witness and perceive that which is presented before you, as your integration with creation, as you call it the infinite Now expression of Source Consciousness. You have that ability to perceive and recognize, recognition of your own conscious presence within the confines, the apparent confines of the expression of the Now. And this is the starting point that you have as the experience of your incarnation, no matter where or when in your time it takes place. You have with your mind, you have with your consciousness, this ability of perception, of using your mind to analyze that which is around you. And to work with your own conscious presence in order to explore and to expand that understanding of the world around you. Your understanding is much different now that it was when you were five years old. You have assimilated information, experiences, trials and tribulations, loves, angers, regrets, joy, of all that is. And on this road, this pathway of expansion, of motion moving through these experiences, you have come to know that the loving presence that you are is the most important aspect, of not only this incarnation, but of all incarnations. It is the touchstone for your being to experience and to have the ultimate guidance through all situations, through all experiences within all dimensions. You have experienced what this loving nature is about, many, many times. It is the sub current within your existence. It is always there, just below the choppy surfaces of the oceans that you encounter and sail upon.
You have been struggling with the mind. Knowing the essence exists within the heart, and yet feeling yourself still separated. Feeling this blockage there that keeps you from this true understanding, recognition of the love that you are. You have read this, listened to us many times about the importance of that expression of who and what you are. Yet the blockage is still there. The fear is still there. The separation is still there, causing you to observe with your mind, but not able to fully engage your conscious presence into those circumstances.
What is love? What is compassion? How do you focus on that concept, beyond your mind, using the totality of your being, of your heart? How many times have you said – express through the heart, and perceive through the heart? To a degree, these are just words. And it is a matter of degree. For if you were able to truly activate that perception, that expression, you would be beyond this dimension and be in a state of total bliss. And this is one way to evolve. To jump into this state of conscious awareness that recognizes that true reality, that God essence reality, behind each atom, behind eachface that you see.
And yet your consciousness, your conscious expression into this dimension is such that there is an expansion process that takes place. It is an evolutionary expansion. It is a transitioning expansion, to go slowly with conscious awareness into the state of total love, perception, as you interact with all this world environment.
Opening the heart: you open the heart by opening it. You focus on the heart. You focus on that spot within you that is our vibrational frequency existing there. It is a vibration of joy, of compassion, of non-judgmental experience. Of seeing each other, each individual as the pure essence that they are. In that way, it is merely a recognition of that which is before you. You may recognize it as a pure energy frequency. Seeing each person, seeing each animal, plant, mineral, the entire world, the entire universe as light. As aspects of a design from the Source Consciousness.
You use your mind, your conscious awareness, your senses, to integrate into a totality of understanding of that which is before you each moment. Time, in your essence, is a means to focus that understanding that love expression in every encounter, in every moment that you have. It is taking the environment and digesting it – working with it in small increments that you may experience and activate through remembrance of the way you wish to interact. In that way, it is the loving compassion of seeing in each individual encounter, each moment your eyes are open in awareness, as the blessings that they are.
This is the place where gratitude assists you in this process. For with gratitude comes recognition, and your conscious awareness expressed into the world around you, through your heart. You cannot help but smile in a loving recognition, once you realize what is taking place before you. Each breath becomes a loving expression of the gratitude for that breath, and the source of that breath. Each encounter is seen as a blessing, as it manifests the world around you. It is for you to share, and to foster your evolutionary experience of opening. Recognizing the fact that you are here in oneness, and given the opportunity to experience unbounded bliss, joy, integration with others, and all around you within this environment.
You asked about how to go deeper in the experience of expressing the love that you are. This happens by opening yourself, of being totally receptive to all that is. To experience each moment without conditions, within creation, as the sustenance, as each breath is sustenance in this world. And as you do this, you smile. You feel the joy that is behind each moment of your awareness experience. Each moment is a gift to be savored. It does not matter if you look into the Grand Canyon, or a grain of sand. Each is a complete expression of Source and the reality being given to you, so you may express the love that you are. You see those expressions providing the backdrop for the recognized experience of love continually taking place.
Learning to love is not difficult. Source creation would have never made such a fundamental gift of reality a difficult experience to have. It is merely recognizing – your recognition that is available to you at all times. You consciously open your heart to experience it. And this is the ultimate nourishment of your being. It is the ultimate nourishment gift to the world, to your understanding of Gaia, and the totality of the infinite Now expressing the potential of all that is. So do not concern yourself about how you understand, recognize, express a loving nature. With awareness, with remembrance of who and what you are, and who and what each aspect of your encounters are at every moment, then you automatically express the love that you are in each of those moments.
Your mind will get in the way. This is a given. Because the mind is such that it has the ability to obscure that which is before it. You refer to these things as a filter in your perception. Experiences that you could see and perceive with the heart, get sidetracked through old filters and expectations, angers, separation, expectations of the way things should be for the mind. But think how amazing each moment generated toward you is – continually giving the expression of the Now. It is choreographed for you and for all others, to experience simultaneously.
So even when things are going awry, as perceived by the mind, the underlying gift is still there. The underlying ability for you to perceive with the heart, to perceive and receive that loving expression which is. It is always a loving expression, in spite of what your mind may make of the circumstances, of your expectations. We realize this can be difficult at times. But these are things that happen, and they create the environment from which you may grow and expand and apply the loving nature that you are. So many times in the immediate experience of situations, there will be sadness, there will be questioning, there will be the experience of loss. And yet, through the expression of acceptance of all that is, you grow to encompass those experiences.
You still retain them in your mind, in your memory. But they also give you the opportunity to expand. Fundamentally, acceptance is a process of expansion. And when you expand your mind, it is able to comprehend what has taken place. Why you can apply that loving understanding to these experiences and recognize their true significance in the overall scheme of creation. Sorrows can be with you, as joy can be with you, as love can be with you. Embrace those simultaneously. Resolve the paradox between them. With opening the heart, opens a more expanded perception of what is there. Then the love washes over all that IS, to bring you peace and integration with the nature of reality.
We leave you now with our blessing and our knowledge that you will apply these words, these states of consciousness, with each moment of your life existence and presence in this dimension. You are our child. Our love. Our expression of consciousness, continually. For we are One.
